BRAND HISTORY

Established 15 years ago, Minihaha and Hiawatha Pty Ltd is now recognised and regarded as one of the leading upper market childrens clothing labels in Australia. With a very European feel to the label, it now distributes it's clothing to over 300 shops and department stores across Australia and New Zealand including David Jones, Smith and Caughey and Kircaldie and Stains. We are also delighted to announce that we have recently started exporting the Bébé by Minihaha range, and so it is now available also in selected boutiques in Italy and the UK.

The company started with a small range of girls wear and layette baby wear which over the years has developed into 4 distinct labels of high quality, high fashion merchandise. Each season every one of the four labels is redesigned and developed to bring girls and boys of all ages an exciting, up to date range of groovy, functional clothing. The girls wear has a cross section of smart casual day wear, to special dressy occasional wear, which is all complimented by a beautiful range of beaded sandals and thongs that 'Dorothy' would have killed for!

Each season the ranges consist of over 650 different styles, for newborn babies, through to girls and boys up to 14 years of age. These collections are coordinated into stories of different colour palettes and styles to appeal to the vast array of 'Australian' tastes.

With expanding the export element of our business, we strive to show the rest of the world what the Australian people are already so lucky to be able to take for granted.

A delicate range of beautiful baby wear designed for the newborn girl up to 4 years of age. These ranges are designed for the fashion conscious mother who wants something extra special to dress their offspring in for both those special occasions and to show off their little treasures to their friends and family! Attention to detail, comfort and softness is our main priority.

The Minihaha range is for girls from 3-14 years of age who love to get dressed up in groovy gear and feel good about themselves while looking superb as they do! A lot of inspiration comes from the high fashion labels of Europe and all our prints, embroideries and styles are designed in house by our longstanding experienced design team. With a number of stories to choose from each season, the vast array of both knitted and woven styles will put a smile onto the face of even the most discerning child!

WOOF!

Baby boys up to 4 years of age have never looked cuter in the Woof Baby collection of beautiful soft knits, shirts, funky tees and coordinated bottoms. All our fabrics are tested thoroughly for shrinkage and sturdiness to accommodate those restless toddlers who spend more time on their knees than their feet!

The WOOF! Range is for boys sizes 3 Ð 14 that want to look like their big brothers or dad. This range has developed enormously over the last few years and has become extremely well sought after due to its up to date edge and street wear feel! The range also incorporates an expanding element of knits, shirts and pants for those special occasions when boys want to look 'Cool' and mothers want them looking smart!

Bébé by Minihaha

An exquisite layette range for newborn babies to 2 years and a subsequent co-ordinated range from 2 years to 6 years old. The success of this range has been beyond our expectations and continues to grow with as much speed as the babies wearing it. The mix of colour palettes and styles has something to suit everyone and the attention to details is superb without affecting the price tag.

Our core ranges of Essentials comes in 3 stories and 3 colourways. The first being a 2x2 Rib and Interlock story of 100% Cotton in colours of Pale Blossom pink, Baby Blue and White and Sand and is a mix of under garments and outerwear. The simplicity of these styles together with the beautiful finishing and embroidery make them a suitable gift to suit everyone's taste, or a perfect collection to be taken to hospital for babys' first wardrobe. The other two stories in spots and stripes compliment each other and can be worn in a mix and match scenario or all together. These ranges are kept on a stock service basis with availability all year round.

After the experience we have obtained not only dressing our own babies, but dressing hundreds of other little angels we have designed these ranges to be of the utmost comfort for your baby and as easy as possible to manipulate for the parents. Incorporating studs and ties throughout the collection, it helps avoid having to pull anything over a baby's head.

We are delighted to announce that we have recently started exporting the Bébé by Minihaha range, and so the ranges are now available throughout Australia and New Zealand in all David Jones Dept Stores, Kids Central Dept Stores, leading boutiques and gift shops, as well as selected boutiques in Italy and the UK.
