Established in 1994, Minihaha & Hiawatha Pty Ltd is now recognised and regarded as one of the leading up market children's clothing labels in Australia. The company produces six labels including Bébé by minihaha, Bébé Jr., Minihaha, WOOF!, Tahlia and Hiawatha. With a very European feel to the labels, it now distributes its clothing throughout Australia in all David Jones department stores, Kids Central stores, leading boutiques and gift shops.

Minihaha and Hiawatha also export the Bébé by minihaha and Bébé Jr. ranges. They can be found throughout New Zealand, Canada, The USA, The UK, Europe, Indonesia, Singapore in selected boutiques.

The company started with a small range of girls wear and layette baby wear which over the years has developed into six distinct labels of high quality, high fashion merchandise. Each season every one of the labels is redesigned and developed to bring girls and boys of all ages an exciting, up-to-date range of groovy, functional clothing. The girls wear has a cross section of smart casual day wear, to special occasion dressy wear, which is all complimented by a beautiful range of beaded sandals and thongs that 'Dorothy' would have killed for!

Each season the ranges consist of over 750 different styles, for newborn babies, through to girls and boys up to 14 years of age. These collections are coordinated into stories of different colour palettes and styles to appeal to a vast array of tastes.

With expanding the export element of our business, we strive to show the rest of the world what the Australian people are already so lucky to be able to take for granted.

Minihaha

The Minihaha range is for girls from 1 - 10 years of age who love to get dressed up in groovy gear and feel good about themselves while looking superb as they do! Inspiration comes from the high fashion labels of Europe and all our prints, embroideries and styles are designed in-house by our longstanding experienced design team. With a number of stories to choose from each season, the vast array of both knitted and woven styles will put a smile on the face of even the most discerning child. These ranges are also designed for the fashion conscious mother who wants something extra special and pretty to dress their offspring in for all those special occasions Attention to detail, comfort and softness is our main priority.

WOOF! Toddler and WOOF!

Baby boys up to four years of age have never looked cuter in the WOOF! Toddler collection of beautiful soft knits, shirts, funky tees and coordinated bottoms. All our fabrics are tested thoroughly for shrinkage and sturdiness to accommodate those restless toddlers who spend more time on their knees than their feet. The WOOF! range is for boy's size 3 - 14 that want to look like their big brothers or dads. The range also incorporates an expanding element of knits, shirts and pants for those special occasions when boys want to look 'cool' and mothers want them looking smart.

Bébé by minihaha and Bébé Jr.

An exquisite layette range for newborn babies - two years and a subsequent coordinated range from two - six years. The success of this range has been beyond our expectations and continues to grow with as much speed as the babies wearing it. The mix of colour palettes and styles has something to suit everyone and the attention to detail is superb without affecting the price tag.

Our core range of Essentials is available in three stories and three colour ways. White Spot is the perfect neutral story when the baby's gender is a surprise. The spot basics are available in baby blue, pale blossom and sand spot. There is an array of styles from body suits for the warmer months, matinee jackets and leggings and the classic wrap romper. The Stripe story is available in two colour ways, baby blue and pale blossom stripe. The simplicity of these styles together with the beautiful finishing and embroidery make them a suitable gift to suit everyone, or a perfect collection to be taken to the hospital for a baby's first wardrobe. These ranges are kept on a stock service basis with availability all year round.

After the experience we have obtained not only dressing our own babies, but dressing hundreds of other little angels we have designed these ranges to be of the utmost comfort for your baby and as easy as possible to manipulate for the parents. Incorporating studs and ties throughout the collection, it helps to avoid having to pull anything over a baby's head.

Tahlia

A stylish and fun range of dresses for all occasions, high fashion co-ordinates, Denim and Fleece with fantastic graphic tees to compliment and coordinated knitwear for girls 3 - 14 years old. Tahlia is our newest label and is now going into its fourth season. The range incorporates directional elements, while also remaining timeless, so the dresses can be passed on in years to come. The range is a mix of funky, casual, comfortable dresses and separates through to dressy and party wear using exquisite fabrics and contemporary styling.
