Which size should I buy ?
Please refer to our size charts which are available to view on each of our product pages. We at Minihaha follow Australian industry standards however we understand all children grow at different paces so if your measurements are in between sizes, we’d recommend picking the larger size.
Are the online garment colours accurate ?
We aim to generate imagery with a clear likeness to the actual garments, we also offer a mega-zoom tool on each product page so there are no surprises when you open your parcel. However some colours may vary slightly from those displayed by your monitor, or on varying internet browsers.
Can I make any changes to my order/add items to my order ?
We aim to process and pack your order as fast as possible which means we're unable to make any changes once you've placed an order. If you’d like to add more items we recommend placing a separate order.
Alternately you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. Please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll do what we can to help you.
How can I cancel an order that I’ve placed ?
If you’d like to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll endeavour to do what we can to help. We do aim to despatch your order swiftly though so If your order has already been processed and shipped you will have to return the garment to get refunded through our returns process.
What payment methods do you accept ?
We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, Amex, PayPal, Minihaha Gift Vouchers and Afterpay.
I’m having troubles placing an online order, can you help ?
From time to time, you may experience difficulties out of our control, and we understand this can be a little frustrating when you’re eager to spoil your little ones or purchase a beautiful gift.
Please try the following:
- Clear your cache and your browser.
- Try a different web browser.
- Log in/log out of your account again.
- Try using a different device (sometimes using a desktop may help).

Why didn’t I receive a confirmation email ?
A confirmation email is sent to you automatically after check out. This confirmation email will provide you with your order details, a payment receipt and your order number.
If you do not receive a confirmation email it may mean that it accidently ended up in your Junkmail folder or that you incorrectly entered your email address. Please be sure to add Minihaha into your address book so it finds its way to your inbox. Alternatively, please email email@example.com and we will correct your email address and send a copy of your confirmation email out to you.
Can I pay with a gift voucher ?
You can make an online purchase using your gift voucher as payment. Please enter the voucher number at checkout. You can redeem all or part of your order, and the balance will remain on your voucher. Ensure this is NOT entered under 'discount code'.
Can I redeem two gift vouchers in one order ?
Only one gift voucher/gift card can be redeemed per order
I have sent something back for a return but haven't heard anything yet
Please check the tracking on your return parcel to ensure the parcel has been received by us and then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to enquire about the status of your return/exchange.
Can I redeem multiple promotion codes ?
Only one promotion code can be used on any one online order as these promotions are not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
Do you offer free shipping ?
We offer Free shipping Australia wide on purchases over $100.00. Please view our Shipping & Returns page for a full overview or our shipping terms.
Do you ship internationally ?
Currently products purchased on our website can only be delivered to Australia and New Zealand. If you are based overseas, but can’t bear to live without a new outfit for your little one, we will do our best to assist you.
