At Minihaha follow Australian industry standards however we understand all children grow at different paces so if your measurements are in between sizes, we’d recommend going up a size.
Will the product look exactly like the photos?
We aim to showcase our garments as accurately as possible, with high-quality imagery that reflects the true look and feel of each item. You can also use our mega-zoom tool on every product page to see fabric details up close — so there are no surprises when your parcel arrives. Just note that colours might vary slightly depending on your screen.

Do you offer Gift Cards, and how do I use them?
Absolutely! Our gift cards are perfect for birthdays, baby showers or just-because moments. Shop gift cards here.
To use one, simply enter your voucher number at checkout — just make sure to enter it in the gift card field (not the discount code box). You can redeem the full amount or just part of it — any remaining balance will stay on the card for next time!

Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
Only one promo code can be used per order. Our offers aren’t valid in conjunction with any other promotions — so choose the one that gives you the best value!
Where’s my order confirmation?
You’ll get an order confirmation email shortly after checkout — it includes your order number, payment receipt, and all your order details.
If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk or spam folder just in case. Still nothing? You might’ve entered your email incorrectly.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible — but we’ll do our best! If you need to update your address, sizing, or delivery instructions, please contact us as soon as possible at online@minihaha.com.au or call +61 (0) 3 9832 4832.
Want to cancel your order? If it’s within 12 hours, email us with your order number and we’ll try to catch it in time. If your order’s already been processed or shipped, you can still return it for a refund — just follow our easy returns process.

Yes — we ship worldwide via Australia Post and TNT!
Delivery times vary by location, with most orders arriving in 4–25 business days. Customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country — these aren't included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.

Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit?
Yes, we offer easy returns on eligible items — because sometimes things just don’t work out (and that’s totally okay). For more information view our return policy.
I’ve sent something back for a return but haven’t heard anything — what now?
First, please check your return parcel’s tracking to confirm it’s been delivered to us. Once it arrives, returns can take up to 5 business days to process.

I’m having trouble placing my order — what should I do?
Tech hiccups happen (we get it — frustrating when you're trying to treat your little ones!). Try these quick fixes:
