Shipping & Returns
At Minihaha, we’re committed to making your shopping experience easy from start to finish — from placing your order to receiving it at your doorstep.
All in-stock orders (excluding pre-orders) are packed and dispatched from our Melbourne warehouse within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day. During peak periods, please allow a little extra time for dispatch.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
Our warehouse and customer care team operate Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (AEST).
Australian Delivery
Minihaha offers free standard shipping on all Australian orders over $120.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. Delivery timeframes will vary depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 2–8 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivered within 1–4 business days

All parcels require a signature on delivery unless you provide authority to leave during checkout. If no one is available to sign, a card will be left for collection at your nearest post office.
Western Australia/Non-Metro locations:
Additional shipping fees may apply to some rural or remote areas, including Western Australia. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before dispatch. If you prefer not to proceed, your order will be refunded in full.
International Delivery
Minihaha ships worldwide using Australia Post and TNT.
Delivery timeframes vary by destination, with most international orders arriving within 4–25 business days.
Please be aware that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your location. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the recipient. Minihaha is not liable for any duties, taxes, or fees imposed by local customs authorities.
We are unable to deliver to international PO Boxes, nor can we mark parcels as gifts or lower their declared value to avoid customs fees.
Additional requirements:
Russia: Orders must be delivered to a business address
Brazil: Please include your Tax ID (CPF number) at checkout in the delivery instructions

Authority to leave
If you wish for the delivery person to leave the parcel at your nominated address in your absence, you can request Authority to Leave by adding instructions in the comments box at checkout.
Please note that by selecting this option, you accept full responsibility for the parcel once it has been delivered. Minihaha is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items left unattended.
Product Availability
If a product becomes unavailable/out-of-stock while we’re preparing your order, you will be notified by email as soon as possible and issue a refund for the unavailable/out-of-stock product(s).
PRE-ORDER
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once the pre-order items are ready. If you’d like in-stock items shipped sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Please note that pre-order dates are estimates only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, sometimes we are not able to guarantee that it will arrive at this date.
LOST ITEMS/DELAYED DELIVERY
If you have not received your order within 10-12 business days, please contact our customer care team and we will launch an investigation with the responsible delivery service on your behalf. Please note that Minihaha are not responsible for any delays to your order whilst it is in transit.
Order Fulfilment & Changes
While we do our best to fulfil every order in full, there may be rare instances where an item is unavailable. If this occurs, we’ll dispatch the available items and treat the rest as a part-shipment. Our team will contact you within 1–3 business days to confirm the next steps — either a second shipment at no extra cost or a refund for any unavailable item(s), processed to your original payment method. All orders are subject to stock availability and fulfilment is not guaranteed at the time of purchase.
If you wish to make any changes to your order (e.g. incorrect address, sizing, authority to leave), please contact us as soon as possible at online@minihaha.com.au or on +61 (0) 3 9832 4832. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes before your order is processed.
In the event that an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided:
You will need to wait for your dispatch email to track the parcel
Most incorrectly addressed orders are returned to us
If returned, we’ll refund your order minus any shipping costs
Please note, Minihaha is not responsible for incorrect details provided at checkout once an order has been processed.
ONLINE RETURNS & EXCHANGE
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to love every Minihaha piece — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help. We offer returns and exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery, as outlined below.
Note: Only orders placed via www.minihaha.com.au are eligible for return or exchange through our website. If you purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached
You must include your proof of purchase and the returns & exchanges slip provided with your order
The item must be received by us within 14 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
Hosiery & Tights
Hair brushes
Swimwear that hasn’t been tried on over underwear
Items returned that don’t meet our policy conditions will not be accepted and will be returned at the customer’s expense
REFUNDS
We offer refunds on full-priced items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.
To be eligible for a refund:
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, with all tags attached
Returns must include proof of purchase and the returns slip provided in your order
Refunds are issued to the original payment method (or to a replacement gift card if purchased with one)
Please allow 1–3 business days after your return is received for the refund to appear
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty. We recommend using a tracked service, as Minihaha is not responsible for parcels lost in transit.
Sale and promotional items are not eligible for a refund, but can be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Items discounted by 40% or more are considered 'final sale' and cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. If a 'final sale' item is returned and not found to be faulty, the item will be returned to you, and shipping costs will apply.
EXCHANGES
Need a different size or style? The easiest way to avoid missing out is to place a new order for the item you want and return the original for a refund.
If you’d prefer to exchange, we’re happy to offer one on full-priced or sale/promotional items (excluding final sale), provided your return is received within 14 days of delivery and meets the conditions below:
Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all tags attached
Your return must include proof of purchase and the returns & exchange slip provided in your parcel
Final sale items (discounted by 40% or more) cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty
Non-faulty final sale items returned for exchange will be sent back to you, and return shipping charges will apply
Exchanges are only available for orders placed on minihaha.com.au. If you purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly to arrange your exchange.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER

All deliveries come with an online store returns form, or you can download a new form here.
To return your item via post, complete the form and send it, along with the item(s) you wish to return, to the following address:

Please allow up to 7 business days from when your parcel is received for your return to be processed. We’ll send you an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
FAULTY ITEMS
We’re committed to providing high-quality garments, and we’ll happily offer a refund or exchange for any item that shows a genuine manufacturing fault.
Faulty item claims must meet the following conditions:
The item must have been purchased directly from www.minihaha.com.au
Proof of purchase is required
Faults are subject to assessment before a refund or exchange can be issued
If you believe you’ve received a faulty item, please contact us at online@minihaha.com.au or call +61 (0) 3 9832 4832. We’ll arrange for the item to be returned to us for inspection.
If the fault is confirmed, you’ll be offered a replacement or refund. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method.
If the item is assessed and not deemed faulty, it will be returned to you.
Please note: We cannot accept returns for faulty items purchased through a Minihaha stockists. These must be returned to the original place of purchase with your receipt. If you purchased through a stockist, please contact them directly to arrange your return.
INCORRECT ITEMS RECEIVED
If you’ve received an item that doesn’t match your order, please contact us at online@minihaha.com.au or call +61 (0) 3 9832 4832. We’ll arrange for the incorrect item to be returned and ensure the correct item is sent to you as quickly as possible.
