By accessing and using this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which together with your order form a binding contract with Minihaha. No other terms apply unless agreed in writing by us.

Minihaha makes every effort to provide accurate product information, pricing, and policies. However, we reserve the right to update or change any information without prior notice.

All credit card transactions are securely processed using industry-standard 128-bit SSL encryption. Transactions are subject to verification and authorisation to ensure safety and prevent fraud.

We are not liable for any inaccuracies, outdated information, or errors on this website.

 

3. Copyright & Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of Minihaha & Hiawatha Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright laws.

You may only use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without prior written permission, you must not adapt, reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute any part of this site.

 

4. Pricing, Fees & Charges

All prices listed are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices of Goods, delivery, and other charges displayed on www.minihaha.com.au are current at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to change prices at any time before we accept an order.

We will charge you, and you agree to pay:

• the purchase price of each product ordered;

• the delivery fee for delivering the Goods to you; and

• any other applicable fees outlined in these Terms.

All prices and fees are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Items are promoted in good faith to be available at the time of ordering. We reserve the right to correct any publishing errors.

 

5. Delivery & Delays

We aim to dispatch orders promptly. However, unexpected delays may occur due to stock availability. If a delay arises, we will contact you and give you the option to cancel your order.

 

6. International Orders & Customs

GST is automatically removed for international orders. However, you may be subject to local customs duties or import taxes in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Duties & Taxes

If you are purchasing from outside of Australia, you may be charged customs taxes and duties. These duties and taxes are not included in the price of the goods and are not included in the overall shipping cost. Minihaha & Hiawatha Pty Ltd. is not responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made.

The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.

 

7. Colour Accuracy

We make every effort to display colours accurately. However, due to variations in monitor displays, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colours on your screen.

 

8. Gift Vouchers

Online gift cards are redeemable only at www.minihaha.com.au. Unused value remains available for future purchases. If your purchase exceeds the voucher amount, the balance is payable by card.

9. Promotional & Competition Offers

Minihaha may run promotions and competitions on our website or social media platforms. Each campaign will have its own set of terms and conditions, but unless stated otherwise, all promotional activity is governed by these Terms and Conditions.

9.2. MID YEAR SALE JUNE 2026

• A discount of 20%–50% sitewide* (*exclusions apply)
• Certain products are excluded from this promotion. Excluded items include socks, tights, A Little Extra, and select special occasion styles.
• The promotional sale period commences Friday 12 June 2026.
• The conclusion of the sale period is at the sole discretion of Minihaha. The sale may be withdrawn or concluded at any time without prior notice.

• This offer is available while stocks last. No rainchecks will be issued.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotional code, or discount unless expressly stated otherwise.

We will never:

• Request credit card or bank details through competition communications

• Contact winners before a competition ends

Minihaha is not liable for any interactions on unofficial websites or accounts claiming to represent our brand. Any unauthorised replication or fraudulent use of our content or branding, including attempts to gather customer data, is strictly prohibited and will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

We take our customers' privacy and the integrity of our brand seriously. Please exercise caution and always verify promotional messaging through our official platforms.

By signing up to receive SMS messages from Minihaha, you agree to receive marketing texts (e.g. promotions, cart reminders) sent to the number provided, which may be delivered via automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP or clicking the unsubscribe link (where available).

The Minihaha Hiawatha mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Minihaha Hiawatha ("Minihaha", "we", or "us"). Use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these Mobile Terms. We may update or cancel the Service or its features at any time.

You understand:

• Your participation is voluntary and not required for any purchase

• Message frequency may vary

• You are responsible for any mobile charges from your carrier

11. Zip Pay Disclosure (Effective 10 June 2025)

Zip Pay is available for everyday purchases up to $1,000. It offers interest-free repayments with flexible options — weekly, fortnightly or monthly. A $9.95 monthly account fee applies but is waived if the closing balance is paid in full by the due date. See Zip Pay T&C's at www.zip.co/au

12. Afterpay Disclosure

Afterpay allows you to split your purchase into 4 equal, interest-free instalments. Payments are due every 2 weeks.

13. Your Obligations

By using this Site, you agree that:

• The recipient at the delivery address is authorised by you;

• You will comply with all applicable laws;

• You will keep your login credentials secure;

• You will notify us of any unauthorised access to your account;

• You are responsible for all costs related to accessing the Site;

• You are responsible for any orders placed using your credentials;

• You will review product labels before use.

You must not:

• Use the Site in a way that breaches laws or the rights of others;

• Interfere with the Site or other users;

• Submit false or misleading orders or information;

• Use automated systems to access the Site;

• Transmit viruses or harmful code;

• Copy or misuse intellectual property;

• Attempt any of the above.

 

14. Cancelling an Order

By Us: We may cancel all or part of an order, even after acceptance, without liability to you, if:

• Goods are unavailable;

• There is an error in price or product description;

• The postage cost selected is incorrect;

• The order weight exceeds delivery limits;

• The order violates these Terms;

• We cannot obtain payment authorisation;

• Customer validation checks fail;

• We believe the order is for commercial purposes, not personal use.

We will notify you where possible and will not charge you if the cancellation occurs before delivery and you are not at fault.

By You: Orders cannot be cancelled once submitted. If you need to update contact or delivery details before dispatch, please contact us immediately. You may cancel delayed orders prior to processing.

 

15. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we suspect fraud or a breach of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved under those laws.

 

17. Privacy Policy

Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store and use your personal information in accordance with Australian privacy law.

 

18. Force Majeure

If by reason of any event beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, labour shortages, strikes, or government action, either party is unable to perform obligations under these Terms, they are relieved of that obligation to the extent and for the duration they are unable to perform. No liability will be incurred as a result of such inability.

 

19. Delays in Enforcing Rights

Any delay or failure by Minihaha to enforce its rights under these Terms will not constitute a waiver of those rights. Minihaha retains the right to enforce its rights and seek available remedies at any time.

 

20. During Sale Periods

Due to high order volumes during sale periods, some products may be oversold.

Please allow 5–7 business days for dispatch during sale events.

Orders will be processed as usual, with missing items automatically refunded and the remainder fulfilled. We are unable to offer order swaps during these periods.

Promotions are available only while inventory lasts. No rainchecks. Offers apply strictly during the advertised promotional window.
