Promoter

The promoter is Minihaha and Hiawatha Pty Ltd (ABN 43 265 030 819) (“Minihaha”), located at 11 Carrol Crescent, Glen Iris VIC 3146.

Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents only.

• Entrants must be 18 years or older.

• Employees of Minihaha and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

• To enter, participants must complete the entry form available at HERE

• Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Duplicate entries will be void.

• By entering, participants agree to subscribe to the Minihaha mailing list, and to be valid to win they must remain subscribed at the time of drawing a winner.

Competition Period

• Entries open on 18 September 2025 and close at 11:59pm AEST on 31 October 1-15

• Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted.

Prize

• One (1) winner will receive a Minihaha wardrobe to the value of $1,000 AUD.

• The prize will be issued as a Minihaha gift voucher or credit to use at https://www.minihaha.com.au/

• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

Winner Selection

• The winner will be drawn at random on 31 October 2025.

• The draw will take place at Minihaha and Hiawatha Pty Ltd, 11 Carrol Crescent, Glen Iris VIC 3146.

• The winner will be notified by email within 3 business days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prize

• If the winner cannot be contacted within 7 days, a new winner will be drawn.

Privacy

• Personal information collected from entrants will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition and marketing communications from Minihaha.

• Minihaha will not disclose entrant information to third parties without consent.

General

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Minihaha reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without notice.
