The Dresses are beautiful, but honestly the packaging was shocking.
I have brought off your site for a long time for my grandchildren and the dresses came dreadfully packaged.
Tissue paper that had been reused, Tammy Floral dress badly folded and very creased, stuffed into courier bag.
I don't mind paying higher for good quality but come on take some time and pride in your goods that you are selling.
Also the Ivy dress had cotton threads all through it that had not been cut off, you would expect this from Temu but not you guys???

Sorry to complain but you need to realize how bad this looks.
